Health Launch Partners subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again after that.
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, since you retain access to the Services for the full cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until the balance is resolved. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help before initiating a dispute.
