These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software and management services (the "Services") provided by Health Launch Partners, LLC ("Health Launch Partners," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Health Launch Partners provides subscription software and management, administrative, and operational support services to health, wellness, and fitness businesses ("Customers"). The Services are business-to-business tools and support only.
Health Launch Partners is a technology and management-services company. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or pharmacy services, and nothing in the Services constitutes medical or professional advice. Any clinical services offered by a Customer are provided solely by that Customer and/or independent, licensed third-party professionals, who are solely responsible for those services and for their own regulatory and licensing compliance.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Fees are stated at the time of purchase and may change with prior notice. Except as expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellations page, fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellations page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund fees already billed for the current cycle unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for your own compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your business.
The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Health Launch Partners or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Launch Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
